Lisa Patterson

Executive Director - Lead Administrator - Producer - Artist

Women In Music Canada 2024 Entrepreneur of the Year, Lisa is a creator and entrepreneur based in Toronto, Canada where she owns & operates LPM production studio and Fearless Creative, an artist development and management company. She's a producer-engineer, songwriter-musician, song camp coordinator and DEI advocate.

Currently working with rising star Semiah and Honey Jam 2023 hit Izzy al Jabri, her release playlist of the past 18 months include credits on 7 singles, 2 EPs, 1 album. Highlight: Alysha Brilla's ground-breaking album Circle. Featured co-prods: Juno & Polaris prize award-winning producer Michael Phillip Wojewoda, Grammy & Juno award-winning producer Adam Messinger and 2 X Juno-award winning Producer-Songwriter Michael Lantz. In a previous life Lisa was a recording and touring artist: 4 albums; 5 videos; Top Ten single in The Benelux; Rough Trade distribution deal; tours in The Netherlands, France, South India, Mexico, North America.

Beau Cassidy

Technical Director - Producer - Artist

Acclaimed as part of the new generation of Toronto’s most sought-after music professionals, Juno-winning engineer Beau Cassidy (he/him) is a leader in setting the standard for a new generation of music and audio experts. Beau works as a contract engineer for Universal Music’s 80A Studios and a variety of musical artists and clients, and he also teaches Recording for the Music for Screen and Stage program at Sheridan College. Beau was the assistant engineer for the album Zhawenim by Digging Roots, which won Contemporary Indigenous Album of the Year at the 2022 Juno Awards. Beau produces and mixes in Atmos and stereo at Raventape Music and 80A Studios


Grace Chiang

Outreach Director - Producer - Artist

Toggling between the west coast of Canada and Toronto, Grace Chiang is one part ambitious creative, one part methodical idea architect. From classical pianist to civil engineer to assistant audio engineer at Vancouver's Echoplant Recording Studios she now blazes a trail as producer and songwriter. Recent highlights include: selected producer/songwriter for Songwriters Assoc of Canada Pro Songworks Camp at Universal Music 80A studio in Toronto 2023; selected producer for Music Publishers Canada's Women in the Studio national accelerator 2022; finalist in Music BC's Canadian Songwriter Challenge 2021. She also participated in the RBC Launchpad Entrepreneurship program and She Is The Music's Connect Together mentorship.Grace is a passionate advocate for music industry women and underrepresented artists and is involved in conferences, showcases and professional development initiatives.Recent highlights include being associate producer for Vancouver Asian Film Festival's Asians in Music sync summit, and stage manager for East By Northwest Global Summit. Grace's personality and fresh pop production sound embody the dichotomy between an individualist dream-chaser and the pragmatic realism of a second-generation Chinese-Canadian.


Vanshika Khanna

Marketing & Assist Administrator - Producer - Artist

Vanshika is a DJ, singer and songwriter based in Toronto, Canada. She is currently studying Creative Industries at Toronto Metropolitan University. During her time as a Marketing intern at Tarsier Records in the Philippines, she worked on Iñigo Pascual's 2019 release, Options, and Kiana Valenciano's catalogue. She was Assistant to the Director for The Listening Party preview at Women in Music Canada Summit 2024.
