Perla Jaurji

Marketing Director - Experience Curator - Community Builder - Artist

Perla Jaurji is a multidisciplinary storyteller, educator, and community architect working at the intersection of experiential marketing, teaching, and performance. With over a decade immersed in community building, live events, and brand activations, she’s helped bring to life high-impact campaigns for Amazon, Bloomberg, Pinterest, TIFF, Pride, and more—executing experiences that engage, connect, and inspire. She began her career at one of Canada’s fastest-growing start-ups in a new and emerging industry, leading partnerships, educational seminars, and local activations that built trust across communities and introduced new ideas in meaningful ways. She later contributed to the Partnerships team at TMU’s Diversity Institute, supporting national research initiatives that advanced equity for women and gender-diverse communities. Her background as an actor has sharpened her ability to connect with audiences, adapt on the fly, and create timeless moments. She brings those same skills into the classroom as a Language Arts educator who has taught globally, using a cross-cultural lens to foster learning, expression, and connection. Bringing all of these threads together, Perla founded THX (The Human Experience), a growing platform for curated gatherings that center connection, presence, and play. Alongside her creative work, she consults with founders and organizations to align teams, shape narratives, and bring transformative experiences to life. A lifelong lover of live music and cultural spaces, she has spent years in the crowd, attuned to the moments that spark a sense of belonging. Now she brings that instinct into every space she curates, turning gatherings into catalysts for connection, meaning, and momentum.
